CABSDA Board & Business Meetings

Meeting schedule:

• Board meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month.

• Business meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month in February, May, August and November and replaces the board meeting scheduled for that month.

• Extraordinary Board and Business meetings can be scheduled when needed.

• There are regular departmental meetings on the other Tuesdays of the month, Elders, Worship Team and Personal Ministries.

Agenda items:

• Agenda items for Board meetings and Board Meetings must be submitted to the church clerk by 4pm on the Sunday the same week as the meeting date.

• Submit agenda items by emailing clerk@cabsda.org

Minutes:

• Board meeting and Business meeting minutes are sent to all board members after each meeting.

• If you attended a Business meeting and would like a copy of the minutes, please email clerk@cabsda.org and it will be emailed to you.
